Ingredients
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 1 lb. block Mexican Velveeta cheese, diced
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies, diced
Method
- Brown and scramble sausage.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Mix in microwave container with cheese and tomatoes.
- Microwave for 1 minute; stir.
- Repeat until cheese is melted and well blended. Serve with tortilla chips.
