Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- In a large glass bowl, sift cocoa and sugar together.
- Place butter on top; add milk.
- Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
- Stir and add nuts.
- Microwave 45 seconds.
- Spread in a buttered 8 x 8-inch pan.
- Do not cut until bottom of pan is cool.
