Ingredients
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. white syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 qt. popped corn
Method
- Combine first 4 ingredients.
- Microwave on High for 1 1/2 minutes.
- Stir.
- Microwave on High 2 minutes more.
- Add baking soda and vanilla.
- Stir well and pour over the popped corn which has been placed in a very large bowl.
- Stir to coat evenly.
- Microwave on High for 45 seconds; stir.
- Microwave on High for 45 more seconds.
- Turn out onto cookie sheet to cool.
- Break into pieces and store in airtight container (if there's any left).
