Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- liver
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Method
- In large skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
- Take out bacon and drain all but 3 tablespoons of grease.
- Cook onion in grease until tender.
- Combine flour, chili powder and salt.
- Cut liver in thin strips and roll in flour mixture.
- Cook all the liver, stir in crumbled bacon.
