Ingredients
- 3/4 head chopped lettuce
- 2 to 3 diced tomatoes
- 1 bunch green onion or green pepper
- 1 can Ranch or chile beans, drained
- 1 (1 lb.) bottle creamy Italian dressing
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Fritos, crushed
- shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer lettuce, tomatoes and onion.
- Add beans, dressing and Fritos.
- Spread cheese on top.
- Layer as in above order; can layer again if making extra large batch. Refrigerate, but not over 6 hours.
