Ingredients
- 2 c. long grain rice
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 3 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. boneless cooked chicken
- 2 tsp. chicken bouillon mix
- 2 (8 oz.) cans Del Monte Mexican style tomatoes
Method
- Brown rice in saucepan with cooking oil on medium heat.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cover lightly and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until rice has absorbed all liquid.
