Ingredients
- 1/2 c. diced bell pepper
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/4 sticks butter, sliced
- 1/2 scant block Mexican Velveeta cheese, sliced
- 1 large container sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- chopped jalapenos (optional)
Method
- Microwave on High for 5 minutes; stir and return if needed to melt cheese thoroughly.
- Can also be used as topping for broccoli, cauliflower, etc.
