Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 regular can refried beans
  • 1 c. salsa
  • 1 - 4 oz. can green chilies
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 to 6 - 8 inch flour tortillas

Method

  • Brown ground beef and onion.
  • Drain well.
  • Add all other ingredients except cheese and tortillas.
  • Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Cover bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan with tortillas.
  • Layer half of the meat mixture over the tortillas and then sprinkle with 1 c. of cheddar cheese.
  • Repeat layers.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
