Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 bunch spring onions, diced
  • jalapeno pepper, sliced
  • 1 small can black olives, drained and sliced
  • 1 (6 to 8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 (6 to 8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar salsa
  • tortilla chips

Method

  • Spread softened cream cheese in a thin layer on a platter. Put on a layer of salsa, then sliced jalapeno pepper.
  • Add green pepper, onions and tomatoes.
  • Add about 3/4 of can of black olives. Top with both cheeses.
