Ingredients

  • 1 fryer, cooked and deboned (save broth)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 bag Doritos (medium)
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 can chicken broth (saved from boiling chicken)
  • chili powder

Method

  • Place
  • deboned chicken in bottom of a large casserole; sprinkle
  • with
  • chili
  • powder.
  • Add onion and cheese.
  • Combine soups, Ro-Tel
  • and broth. Pour half of mixture over chicken. Crush Doritos
  • and put
  • half
  • on
  • now.
  • Pour
  • remaining
  • soup mixture in and top with the rest of the Doritos.
  • Bake at 400° for 30 minutes, uncovered.
