Ingredients
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb. can tomatoes with juice
- 2 small or 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 small cans green chiles, chopped
Method
- Cook onions and tomatoes until onions are soft.
- Reduce to low heat.
- Cut up cheese; stir in gradually until all cheese is melted.
- Add chiles to mixture.
- Simmer very low.
- Put in crock-pot to keep warm.
- Serve with nacho flavored Doritos.
