- 1/2 lb. hamburger meat, lightly browned
- 1 can cream of chicken mushroom soup
- 1 can green chilies
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 can (soup can) milk
- 1 or 2 c. grated cheese
- corn tortillas
Method
- Brown hamburger.
- Add soup, chilies, onions and milk.
- Cook slowly until onions are tender.
- Break into quarters the corn tortillas.
- Layer in a casserole first tortilla pieces, cheese and soup mixture until you have used each part three times.
- Then top with grated cheese and bake 15 minutes at 300°.
