Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. hamburger meat, lightly browned
  • 1 can cream of chicken mushroom soup
  • 1 can green chilies
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 can (soup can) milk
  • 1 or 2 c. grated cheese
  • corn tortillas

Method

  • Brown hamburger.
  • Add soup, chilies, onions and milk.
  • Cook slowly until onions are tender.
  • Break into quarters the corn tortillas.
  • Layer in a casserole first tortilla pieces, cheese and soup mixture until you have used each part three times.
  • Then top with grated cheese and bake 15 minutes at 300°.
