- 2 cans chicken or 1 lb. hamburger meat, browned
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, drained
- tortilla chips
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- taco seasoning to taste
- grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Combine in large saucepan and heat to boiling.
- Crumble tortilla chips in casserole dish.
- Pour hot mixture over chips and top with grated Cheddar cheese.
- Microwave until cheese is melted, turning occasionally, or heat in oven.
