Ingredients
- 3 lb. ground beef
- 1 small chopped onion (optional)
- 1 small chopped bell pepper (optional)
- 1 large Ragu (any flavor)
- 1 large bag noodles
- 1 large bag sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
Method
- Cook beef and drain.
- Saute onion and bell pepper.
- Add to beef and add salt and pepper.
- Add Ragu sauce.
- Mix together. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Cook and drain noodles.
- Place noodles on top of meat mixture.
- Top with cheese.
- Simmer another 20 minutes.
- Serve with salad and garlic bread.
