Ingredients
- 1 c. white corn syrup
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 6 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 c. butterscotch chips
- 1 c. chocolate chips
Method
- Cook the first 3 ingredients in a large pan over low heat until sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly. Add Rice Krispies, stirring until cereal is coated.
- Pat out in a greased cookie sheet until it is about 1/2-inch thick.
- Melt butterscotch chips and chocolate chips over very low heat until mixed together. Spread thinly over top of cookies.
- Cut into small pieces, as these are very rich.
