Ingredients

  • 1 c. white corn syrup
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 6 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1 c. butterscotch chips
  • 1 c. chocolate chips

Method

  • Cook the first 3 ingredients in a large pan over low heat until sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly. Add Rice Krispies, stirring until cereal is coated.
  • Pat out in a greased cookie sheet until it is about 1/2-inch thick.
  • Melt butterscotch chips and chocolate chips over very low heat until mixed together. Spread thinly over top of cookies.
  • Cut into small pieces, as these are very rich.
