Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage links, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 4 small chicken thighs
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 green pepper, cut in chunks
- 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel sweet corn, drained
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Method
- In large skillet, lightly brown sausage; push to side.
- Add chicken; brown.
- Drain.
- Stir in tomatoes and vegetables; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
