Ingredients
- 1 pound sm. onions
- 1 pound carrots, sliced
- 1 pound sm. fresh mushrooms
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp. dry white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon milled coriander
- 1 tbsp. chopped thyme
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Peel onions, cut in quarters.
- Saute/fry onions in oil and 1 Tbsp.
- wine.
- Add in carrots and rest of wine.
- Cook for 15 min.
- Clean mushrooms; cut in halves or possibly quarters.
- Add in the mushrooms, thyme and coriander to saute/fry pan and simmer for 10 min.
- Add in butter, parsley, salt and pepper.
