Ingredients
- 1 lb. lasagna
- 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
- tomato sauce
- 4 eggs
- parsley
- oregano
Method
- Cook pasta.
- Drain, return to pot and fill with cold water. Cover bottom of large baking pan with tomato sauce.
- Add 4 eggs and parsley to Ricotta.
