Ingredients
- 25 lb. ground chuck
- 1 3/4 c. parsley
- 20 c. bread crumbs
- 4 doz. eggs
- 1 12 qt. water (more if needed)
- 2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. garlic
- Less than 1/4 c pepper
- 1/2 c. salt
- 1/2 c. oil
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Form meat balls and bake at 400° for 12 mins. or until brown.
