Ingredients
- 1 rump roast or roast of your choice
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. water
Method
- Place roast in pan.
- Pour on cream of mushroom soup.
- Add Lipton onion soup mix and 1/2 cup water.
- Cover tightly; bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
- After first hour, baste occasionally.
- Slice and serve with mushroom gravy.
