Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. grated carrot
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Bisquick
Method
- Fry onion, hamburger and carrots.
- When brown, let cool.
- Mix eggs, before it cools.
- Then mix biscuit dough and roll out.
- The Bisquick with milk is the dough you roll out.
- After rolling the mixed dough, spread the meat on the rolled dough.
- Roll like a jelly roll.
- Wet the top and after you put small slits, wet it with milk.
- After baking, serve with cream of mushroom soup or beef gravy.
- Bake at 350°.
