Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 c. grated carrot
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • Bisquick

Method

  • Fry onion, hamburger and carrots.
  • When brown, let cool.
  • Mix eggs, before it cools.
  • Then mix biscuit dough and roll out.
  • The Bisquick with milk is the dough you roll out.
  • After rolling the mixed dough, spread the meat on the rolled dough.
  • Roll like a jelly roll.
  • Wet the top and after you put small slits, wet it with milk.
  • After baking, serve with cream of mushroom soup or beef gravy.
  • Bake at 350°.
