Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ground ham, cured
  • 2 lb. ground pork
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 2 tsp. ground mustard
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 c. sugar

Method

  • Mix
  • ham, pork, ground beef, eggs, graham cracker crumbs and milk
  • well.
  • Shape
  • into balls.
  • Mix tomato soup, mustard, vinegar and sugar.
  • Pour over meat balls.
  • Bake 1 hour at 350°. Double recipe for sauce, but make each batch separately.
  • Serve over rice or noodles.
