- 3 lb. ground ham, cured
- 2 lb. ground pork
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 c. milk
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 2 tsp. ground mustard
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
Method
- Mix
- ham, pork, ground beef, eggs, graham cracker crumbs and milk
- well.
- Shape
- into balls.
- Mix tomato soup, mustard, vinegar and sugar.
- Pour over meat balls.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°. Double recipe for sauce, but make each batch separately.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
