Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chuck (uncooked)
- 3 medium size peeled and sliced potatoes
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2/3 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can tomato soup and 1 can water
- 1 small (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- In greased casserole dish, put one row raw sliced potatoes, one row raw sliced onions and one row raw ground chuck (broken in pieces).
- Sprinkle with about 1/3 cup uncooked rice.
- Salt and pepper each layer.
- Repeat once more.
