Ingredients
- 1 egg (room temperature)
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. salad oil
Method
- Put egg, vinegar, mustard and salt in blender with 1/4 cup of oil.
- Cover and blend about 5 seconds.
- Without stopping blender, gradually add remaining oil.
- Put in covered container and refrigerate.
- Fresh dill weed is a nice addition.
