Ingredients
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 4 or 5 slices French or Italian bread
- 1 Tbsp. parsley (optional)
Method
- In a small mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise. Stir in parsley (if desired), set aside.
- Place bread slices on the rack of an unheated oven.
- Broil about 1 minute or until the bread is toasted.
- Turn bread over.
- Put mix on the untoasted side of the toast.
- Broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until light brown.
