Ingredients
- 6 eggs sepereted
- 1tes. Salt
- 1/8 tes. Pepper
- 1 cup matzo meal
- 2 tabl. Melted margarine
Method
- 1. Beat egg whites until stiff .
- 2. Beat egg yolks untill light, add salt
- Pepper and melted margarine to
- Beaten yolks.
- 3. Fold yolk into egg whites fold in
- matzo meal one spoonful at a time
- 4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- 5. Wet the hands and form batter
- into balls. The size of walnut.
- 6. Drop into rapidly boiling soup or
- water, reduce heat and cook
- slowly covered, for about 30 min.
