Ingredients
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced about 1/8-inch thick
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
Method
- Combine milk and soup in a 2-quart, microwave-safe casserole dish.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cover and microwave on High for 10 minutes.
- Stir.
- Microwave another 12 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Serves 8.
