- Three quarts of water
- 2- lemons, cut rind into small pieces - Slice the remaining lemons
- 1- cinnamon stick
- 1-cup corn starch
- 1-cup or pound sugar
- 2 cans applesauce
- 1- can apricots, cut into small pieces
- 2- cans of fruit cocktail
- 1-can (small) crushed pineapple
- 1- can pineapple tid-bits
- 1- can blackberrys
Method
- In a large stock pot bring water, lemons and cinnamon stick to a boil. Dilute the corn starch with cold water adn introduce into the pot while stirring and before the water comes to a boil. Next add the sugar adn boil for 3/4 of an hour, stirring regularly to avoid any sticjking.
- While hot add all the fruit into the pot.Chill and enjoy!
