Ingredients
- 9 potatoes
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- pinch of white pepper
Method
- Mash cooked potatoes.
- Add other ingredients and mash again. Store in a casserole covered with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate or freeze.
- When ready to use, bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
