Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes, cooked and mashed
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. chives
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook carrots until tender, yet crisp.
- Add 1 1/2 tablespoons butter and 1/3 cup packed brown sugar.
- Heat slowly, stirring occasionally, until nicely glazed, about 15 minutes.
