Ingredients

  • 10 lbs. potatoes
  • 14 Large eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 med. stalk celery
  • 1 lg. green pepper
  • 1 c. Marzetti Slaw dressing
  • Hellman's mayonnaise

Method

  • Peel potatoes before cooking.
  • When cooked, while still warm, take a fork and break into small pcs.
  • Saves a lot of time the next day when making the salad.
  • Add in to the potatoes 12 cooked Large eggs, cut into small pcs.
  • Add in the celery and green pepper (diced).
  • Add in the slaw dressing and sufficient mayonnaise to suit your taste.
  • Slice remaining Large eggs on top and sprinkle with paprika.
