Ingredients
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/8 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. dry parsley
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard (optional)
Method
- Whisk all ingredients together. Soak meat at least 3 hours in marinade. Can soak overnight. Will turn chicken brown in color.
