Ingredients
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. crushed garlic
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour over flank steak and refrigerate for 24 hours, turning often.
- Grill steak over charcoal, basting with marinade.
