- 1 can French-style green beans
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 roll Ritz crackers
- 1 pkg. almonds (optional)
- 1 stick melted butter
Method
- Drain vegetables.
- Mix beans and corn in bottom of long dish. Mix sour cream, onion, cheese and soup together.
- Spread on top of vegetables.
- Put crushed crackers and almonds on top.
- Melt butter and pour over crackers.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.
