Ingredients

  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers
  • 1 pkg. almonds (optional)
  • 1 stick melted butter

Method

  • Drain vegetables.
  • Mix beans and corn in bottom of long dish. Mix sour cream, onion, cheese and soup together.
  • Spread on top of vegetables.
  • Put crushed crackers and almonds on top.
  • Melt butter and pour over crackers.
  • Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.
