Ingredients
- 3 oz dark couverture chocolate
- 3 oz white couverture chocolate
- 16 None large strawberries
- 8 None marshmallows
Method
- Melt both chocolates in separate warm water baths. Dip each strawberry first in the dark chocolate, then in the white chocolate, using a skewer to marble the chocolate. Leave for 30 mins until the chocolate has set. Thread the strawberries and marshmallows alternately onto 8 wooden skewers, and serve.
