Ingredients
- 3 c. maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 c. walnut meats
Method
- Boil syrup, cream of tartar and butter to 233°.
- Cool and beat until creamy.
- Add walnuts and salt.
- Pour into greased shallow pan.
- Cool and cut.
