Method
- Preheat a dry skillet over medium high heat. Add in walnut halves and slightly toast until warm, stirring frequently, about 2-3 minutes. (This step makes the nuts extra crunchy.)
- Add in maple syrup, salt and sesame seeds. Cook, stirring frequently, until syrup is caramelized, about 3 minutes. Let cool.
