Ingredients
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- salt
- fresh ground black pepper
Method
- Process first 5 ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Stir in salt and pepper to taste.
