Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped mango flesh
  • 1 cup plain soy yogurt
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 4 teaspoons simple syrup (equal amounts sugar and water heated until sugar is dissolved)
  • Pinch ground cardamom, plus more, for garnish

Method

  • Put mango flesh, yogurt, milk, simple syrup and a pinch of cardamom into a blender and blend for 2 minutes, then pour into individual glasses, over ice and serve.
  • Sprinkle with a little cardamom and serve.
