Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. oleo (1 stick)
  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. walnuts, chopped
  • 1 c. Nestle semi-sweet chocolate or butterscotch morsels (6 oz.)
  • 1 1/3 c. flaked coconut (3 1/2 oz. can)
  • 1 1/3 c. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (15 oz. can)

Method

  • Pour melted butter on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  • Sprinkle evenly the crumbs, nuts, chocolate bits, then coconut.
  • Pour condensed milk evenly over coconut.
  • Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned in a 350° oven.
  • Cool in pan 15 minutes, then cut.
