Ingredients
- 1 pint sherbet orange, can use other flavors
- 1 box white cake mix Pillsbury
- 1 tablespoon almond extract
- 7 ounces Baker Angel Flake Coconut each
Method
- Soften sherbet in large bowl.
- Add cake mix and almond extract.
- Blend well.
- Stir in coconut.
- Drop by rounded teaspoons on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 13 minutes.
- Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
