- 225g Icing sugar
- 125g Ground Almonds
- 120g Egg whites
- 25g Caster Sugar
Method
- Preheat oven at 160C.
- Sift Icing sugar with ground almond.
- Prepare and line tray with greaseproof paper.
- Whisk Egg white til soft peak.
- Add caster sugar and whisk.
- Fold in icing sugar and ground almond mixture.
- Fold until smooth and shiny with drop consistency.
- Pipe with 1cm nozzle.
- Bake for about 15-20 mins.
