Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni (shells or twists work best)
- 2 c. (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimentos, drained
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
Method
- Cook macaroni and drain.
- Saute onion, pimentos and mushrooms in butter.
- Combine macaroni, onion mixture and remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Spoon into lightly greased 2-quart casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
