Ingredients
- 8 oz. pkg. macaroni, cooked
- 12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (save 1/2 c. to put on top)
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- scant Tbsp. salt
- dash of black pepper
Method
- Mix. Pour into large casserole. Sprinkle some of grated cheese on top. Bake about 45 minutes. Check occasionally to see that it is not burning on top. Sometimes I place a piece of foil over it toward the end of the cooking period.
