Ingredients
- 1 c. small elbow macaroni (raw)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- salt, pepper and butter to taste
Method
- Cook macaroni until just done. Drain. Whisk together next 4 ingredients and pour over macaroni in an ovenproof dish.
- Bake at 300°, uncovered, for 30 minutes to 1 hour until set.
- Old fashioned and good!
