Ingredients
- 8 oz. (1 pkg.) macaroni
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded (more if desired)
Method
- Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water until tender.
- Drain and set aside.
- Add milk and salt to eggs and set aside.
- In a 9x13-inch casserole dish, alternate layers of cooked macaroni and grated cheese.
- Cover with milk and egg mixture.
- Bake at 350° about 45 minutes or until firm.
