- 1/2 lb. American cheese
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1 onion
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb. macaroni
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Saute onion in butter.
- Add cheeses, milk, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
- Let cook until cheeses are melted.
- Cook macaroni according to directions. Drain macaroni.
- Mix macaroni together with other ingredients and empty into a well-sprayed casserole dish.
- Bake for one hour.
