Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. American cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lb. macaroni

Method

  • Heat oven to 350°.
  • Saute onion in butter.
  • Add cheeses, milk, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
  • Let cook until cheeses are melted.
  • Cook macaroni according to directions. Drain macaroni.
  • Mix macaroni together with other ingredients and empty into a well-sprayed casserole dish.
  • Bake for one hour.
