Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) can Shoe Peg corn
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can drained cut beans
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of celery soup
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Spray a large casserole dish with Pam.
- Pour ingredients into casserole dish. Bake at 350° about 45 minutes or until done.
