Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 lb. shrimp, chopped finely
  • 1/2 lb. onions, chopped finely
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • bok choy, chopped finely
  • bean sprouts, chopped finely
  • celery, chopped finely
  • carrots, chopped finely
  • won ton wrappers (found in produce department)

Method

  • Brown pork and drain. Mix all ingredients, except wrappers. Take a heaping tablespoon and roll in won ton wrapper according to package directions. Deep-fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
