Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 lb. shrimp, chopped finely
- 1/2 lb. onions, chopped finely
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- bok choy, chopped finely
- bean sprouts, chopped finely
- celery, chopped finely
- carrots, chopped finely
- won ton wrappers (found in produce department)
Method
- Brown pork and drain. Mix all ingredients, except wrappers. Take a heaping tablespoon and roll in won ton wrapper according to package directions. Deep-fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
