Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 2 Tbsp. white sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (soft)
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 (3 oz.) instant butter pecan pudding
  • 2 1/2 c. milk

Method

  • Mix flour, soft butter, sugar and nuts all together.
  • Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
  • Mix together the soft cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  • Add the Cool Whip.
  • Mix and spread over crust.
  • Beat the instant pudding and milk until thick.
  • Chopped pecans can be added to this.
  • Spread this over cream cheese mixture.
  • Top with rest of 8 ounce Cool Whip.
  • Top with more nuts.
