Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 2 Tbsp. white sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 8 oz. cream cheese (soft)
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 2 (3 oz.) instant butter pecan pudding
- 2 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Mix flour, soft butter, sugar and nuts all together.
- Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
- Mix together the soft cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Add the Cool Whip.
- Mix and spread over crust.
- Beat the instant pudding and milk until thick.
- Chopped pecans can be added to this.
- Spread this over cream cheese mixture.
- Top with rest of 8 ounce Cool Whip.
- Top with more nuts.
